As the York Region District Badminton Association, FBC is committed to supporting the development of badminton players from beginner to high performance levels. The Pursuit of Excellence Sponsorship was created not only to support York Region’s Junior High Performance players in their training and development, but also to encourage them to get involved with community programs to inspire kids at the beginning of their badminton journey to also reach for excellence.

Sponsored athletes were chosen based on a combination of criteria, including their badminton ranking, grades, application essay and etc. reviewed by a dedicated FBC Sponsorship Review Panel.

FBC is happy to announce the following deserving athletes as the recipients of this year’s sponsorships.
