Job Title: Badminton High Performance Coach

Job Summary:
The Badminton Coach will provide and aid E Badminton Club in the development of quality badminton training and young athletes.
The Duties of the Badminton Coach include:
- promoting the E Badminton Training Centre
- developing training programs for the high performance teams, beginner groups, as well as private lessons
- preparing students for tournaments, and on site coaching at tournaments
- stimulating the passion for the sport of badminton
- become familiar with the mission, vision, and values of E Badminton Training Centre
- assist students in their goals and competition schedules
- providing feedback and improvements to students
The requirements of the badminton coach include:
- minimum of 5 years of National/International competition experience
- the passion and interest in developing the sport of badminton
- strong dedication and inspiration to athletes to compete in National/International level tournaments
- exceptional listening and communication skills
- the ability to work in a team and to carry out lesson plans
- the knowledge of the rules, skills and strategies involved in badminton
- the ability to motivate and encourage students to push their limits and beyond to improve
- must be available to work on weekday from 4pm – 10pm and weekend.
